Job description
An international firm is looking for an Associate to join their Clinical Risk team in Manchester.
The Firm
They are a leading international law firm. They are known for their market-leading presence in both Insurance and Health.
The Role
- Join the well regarded and successful Healthcare division
- Handle a challenging caseload of defendant clinical negligence work on behalf of NHS Resolution
- Duties will include drafting pleadings, witness statements and letters of response, conducting face to face negotiations and mediation of claims as well as preparing counter schedules
Requirements
- 2+ PQE (no ceiling, considering all levels)
- Experience handling healthcare litigation files
- Experience gained from an NHS Resolution panel would be ideal (but not essential)
