Are you an experienced Fit out Site manager?
I am working with a Multi-disciplinary contractor who is looking for someone with experience working for a main contractor.

Responsibilities:
- Input into risk/ opportunities register and implement actions to mitigate risks and maximise opportunities.
- Review design drawings for buildability and co-ordination. Raise RFI where appropriate
- Manage the flow of sub-contractor's design information as delegated by the Project Manager to suit the programme of works on site
- Agree sub-contractors long and short-term programme and monitor performance against these programmes
- Monitor and understand position against contract programme, discuss and agree recovery programmes with the Project Manager
Experience/ Qualifications Required
- Have worked for a Tier 1 contractor for 3 years minimum
- Experience of fit out site management on projects around £5m
- Proven track record of delivery as a Site Manager ideally with experience of retail, commercial, and healthcare projects.
- Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to deal with any issues that quickly & efficiently
- Adhering to high standards of health & safety & build quality
