Job description

I am delighted to be working with a Global Manufacturing business, who are looking for an ESG administrator to join the organisation. Being part of the Environmental, Social and Governance team, we are looking for an individual with excellent administration skills, ideally with experience balancing multiple workstreams & exposure to compliance, and most importantly an interest in environmental impact.

Working with the ESG Manager and Director, you will be a key point of contact for various entities within the group, so excellent communication and organisational skills are key.

Responsibilities

* Work to gather key data & insights for the company's ESG data

* Identify key task and timelines, actively engaging in the improvement of systems and processes

* Develop positive working relationships with ESG representatives across the group

* Liaise with ESG representatives across the group, and build effective working relationships

* Collaborate on projects such as sustainability initiatives and support local charity projects

* Manage reporting

* Perform general administrative tasks for the team as needed

Person Specification

* Experience in a varied administration role

* Excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy

* Flexible in approach to work with the ability to prioritise work and multi task

* Outstanding communication skills
