Hi, I’m Debra the Head of Recruitment here at JobRack and I am on a mission to build the most amazing recruitment team, consisting of market leading experts who pride themselves on offering a fantastic service to clients and candidates and want to play an integral part in a very successful team.
We’re looking for a really amazing job post writer & content creator to join our team and help make job posts like this one really stand out and attract the very best candidates. To introduce you to the business and roles, our CEO has recorded a short video for you to take a look at.

We are currently looking for a Job Post Creator & Content Writer to join our team. Along with creating compelling job posts and creative test questions, we’ll be getting you involved with other candidate focused tasks like running our jobseeker Facebook group.
Key responsibilities:
🧾 Create awesome job posts, including job descriptions and compelling visuals.
📦 Draft creative and comprehensive tests for candidates applying to roles.
📑 Create content and drive engagement in our jobseeker community
💼 Research new tools/apps when necessary.
📊 Work closely with the Head of Recruitment, creating impactful content that attracts great talent.
As part of the training for this position, you will be provided with standard operating procedures (SOPs), recorded demonstrations on Loom, and the opportunity to shadow our current Job Post Creator during the first few weeks on the job.
This is a full-time position, the working hours will be around 8 AM to 6 PM CET.

To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ Experience as a copywriter or content creator.
✅ Experience working remotely.

✅Excellent English both written and spoken

Our hiring process for this role
We’re looking for someone amazing. We’re going to invest a lot of time into this process, and we’ll expect you to want to do the same.

3 — Short test project

6 — Offer and referencing
We normally hire our team members as independent contractors, so the salary is a gross salary, and you would be responsible for your own tax affairs. If you are in the UK then we would employ you ‘normally’ with salary paid via PAYE.
