A typical day to name a few would be to design, implement, and maintain network systems.You’ll administer AWS, Windows, and Linux server environments, including user account management, group policies, and system updates. You’ll implement security best practices to protect our systems and data. You’ll maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and Infrastructure related policies. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiates. To succeed, you’ll have to have 2+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, system administration, and information security. You’ll have experience with DevOps tools and practices. You’ll be proficient in network design, and you’ll possess strong knowledge of Windows and some Linux server administration. You’ll also have experience with cloud platforms and possess documentation skills for system configurations and Infrastructure procedures. This is a hybrid role working 37.5 hours per week and you'll be ideally within 25 miles from our Manchester office. We’d like you to work 3 days from the comfort of your home and ideally 2 days per week in the office but that could be negotiable.
