About Us & What’s on offer

• Committed to enhancing its financial advisory services, and as a result, we are looking to recruit additional staff.
• All advisers joining our team will operate on a self-employed basis, offering flexibility and autonomy.
• We have a few advisers who are approaching retirement and who may be looking to hand over their client banks in the near future
• Advisers with transferable Funds Under Management (FUM) are of particular interest.
• We offer competitive 80/20 splits for thetop advisers, providing an attractive compensation structure.
• Leads are provided from our extensive network, ensuring a consistent stream of opportunities.
• Fees are covered to support your business activities.
• We have dedicated in-house administrative support
• A dedicated in-house Business Development Manager is available to assist with networking and lead generation.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a financial adviser.
• The ability to manage and potentially inherit client banks.
• Transferable Funds Under Management (FUM) or a willingness to acquire such FUM.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional financial advice and maintaining client relationships.
• The desire to work in a self-employed capacity and make the most of the flexibility it offers.
