Salary / Rate of pay: £50,000 + Tips/Bonus
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a beautiful Hotel and Restaurant in Brighton, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef to join their team.

Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a fast paced, high-quality Hotel or Restaurant. You must be able to lead by example and be able to inspire and motivate your team. The role will involve recruiting, training and developing the team and working with the senior management to offer the best possible experience for all guests.
