Are you ready to shape the future? As our Business Readiness and Change Manager, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing the money and pensions guidance services. Reporting directly to the Head of Operational Transformation, you will collaborate with two brilliant Business Analysts to ensure seamless transitions in our systems, processes, and product offerings, including the Money Helper Pensions Dashboard.
The role
The Business Readiness and Change Manager- Operations is a pivotal role within our Customer Directorate.
Reporting to the Head of Operational Transformation and working alongside two Business Analysts, you will lead on ensuring our money and pensions guidance and debt advice services are able to understand and successfully accept changes to systems, processes and new products in order to continue to deliver a high quality service to our customers. You will also work closely with the Senior Business Change Manager and be part of a Change Community of Practice, led by the Head of Change.
Working across the organisation, you will use your experience and training in change methodology to assess readiness for change, plan for change, ensuring communication with a range of stakeholders across the business and training of key staff is in place. You will contribute to business cases and support the business owner to realise the benefits of the project or programme of change.
You will be joining the organisation as we are delivering two large and important change programmes, namely changes to how our money and pensions guidance services are delivered and the build and roll out of pensions dashboards and in particular the Money Helper Pensions Dashboard.
