We have an exciting opportunity available within the Adults' Health & Care Reablement Service for an Administration Officer based in our Fareham Hub . Hampshire operates a county wide Reablement Service comprising Occupational Therapy, Sensory Services and CQC Registered Community Response Staff.
This role is varied, challenging, and rewarding with huge potential for positive impact on staff, service users and stakeholders. Previous excellent administrative skills are essential. You will be required to lead by example, demonstrating the highest standard of customer service and dedication to the role. You will provide a support service to front-line staff and managers, including performing personal assistant duties, as well as working within a team of administrative officers. Proven track record of previous management of staff is essential. You'll possess excellent IT skills across a variety of packages, including bespoke databases and you'll be expected to manage a busy workload demonstrating your excellent organisation and prioritising skills.
