Paid Media Analyst Global Marketplace/Tech Salary up to £80k + performance bonuses + stock London and fully flexible hybrid model A very well known tech/marketplace brand is looking to add to its established marketing analytics team. Following a record-breaking Q3 & Q4, the company has a huge amount of investment and buy in from their VC partners. The marketing analytics function is a high profile part of the business where you will gain exposure to senior level stakeholders across the organisation. We are effectively looking for someone to own paid media marketing analytics across SEM, Paid Social and Display channels. The Role: Track campaigns, segment customer base, and monitor market trends/competitors. Develop tracking and measurement systems for paid media and brand, collaborating with engineers. Define, measure, and evaluate paid media KPIs, ensuring proper reporting from agencies. Collaborate with media agency analytics for effective campaign measurement. Lead brand analysis, translating data into actionable insights for performance improvement. Provide timely insights and support for internal stakeholders, aiding decision-making. What we are looking for: 5+ years of marketing analytics experience in paid media or growth at an agency or brand. Passionate about data storytelling, with a strong track record in monitoring and analysing multi-million dollar brand campaigns. Self-motivated problem solver adept at strategic and analytical thinking, thriving in fast-paced environments. Expertise in marketing effectiveness measurement, managing multiple projects, and turning large datasets into actionable insights. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to develop well-written documents and present insights effectively. Up skilled in Excel, SQL client, R/Python, Tableau and a few other useful tools of the data trade How do I apply?
