Job Description – History Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Offer 1:1 support to students who are preparing for GCSE and A Level qualifications
- Lead intervention sessions on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Support the class Teacher and help with the delivery of lessons
- Prepare and assign course materials
- Work with high achieving students
- This role could lead to Teacher Training directly with the school
- Long-term role, no daily supply
- £375-450 per week (term-time only)

Person Specification – History Graduate Teaching Assistant
- 2:1 or above in History (other subjects considered)
- Excellent academic background
- Prior experience working with young pupils on a 1:1 basis would be advantageous
- Aspirations to eventually become a History Teacher would be advantageous
- Confident, attentive, and patient personality
- Positive mindset
