About You

This an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate and talented Support Workers, to work within a well-established service, supporting 2 people. This service will be supporting people with learning disabilities, whilst also promoting their choices, wellbeing and independence.

 

This service is a 3 bedroom home, tailored and personalised to each of the service users, dependant on their individual needs. They enjoy going to the pub or local cafe's for food and drinks, going for walks, growing things in the garden, colouring, shopping, socialising and watching TV. 

 

Staff who work here need to be reliable, honest and have a passion for what they do. They also need to be compassionate and have a great sense of humour, to thrive at Rendlesham.
