ABOUT LED COMMUNITY LEISURE

here for everyone. We have an exciting opportunity for a Duty Manager at Exmouth Tennis Centre.
Our Exmouth Tennis Centre boasts six indoor courts, including 4 proflex and 2 acrylic, along with outdoor courts available for
hire. From a seasoned player looking to hone their skills or a beginner eager to learn, our range of tennis classes led by expert
coaches it gives our customers plenty of choice. Plus, we have a fully equipped gym and Outdoor Training Zone ensure they can
complement their on-court performance with top-notch strength and cardio training. And after a satisfying session on the court
customers can, unwind at our café and bar for some post-workout refreshments.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE:
As Duty Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operations of the centre. Your leadership will inspire our
team to deliver exceptional customer service while upholding the highest safety standards. With your experience in leisure
management and meticulous attention to detail, you'll not only elevate our performance but also solidify our reputation as the
go-to leisure destination in the community.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of essential skills to this role. Your Supervisory experience within the leisure industry
ensures a nuanced understanding of current legislation, marketing strategies, and impeccable customer service execution.
Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with experience in a computerised Leisure Management System,
underscores their tech-savvy approach to operations. Moreover, possessing desirable qualifications like supervisory expertise and
a current First Aid at Work Certificate, equips them to not only meet but exceed the demands of maintaining a safe, efficient, and
thriving leisure centre. Their adaptable nature, willingness for flexible working hours, and commitment to ensuring both staff and
customer safety further highlight their readiness to excel in this pivotal role.
