Up to £30K depending experience plus annual bonus
Package:
We have an Internal Sales position for a builders merchant focusing on their tools division based in St Albans. Responsibilities will include but not limited to – dealing with customer queries/orders on both phone & email, managing customer accounts, managing online queries including distributor accounts i.e Ebay & Amazon, processing orders & payments. This opportunity will be office based Mon-Fri.
Leading independent builder merchant wither several locations across London & Home Counties.
Candidates must have customer service experience and able to communicate effectively over the phone and in person. Working knowledge of construction products would be a huge advantage but not essential. Candidates must be able to multi-task, prioritise workloads, able to work independent & part of a team when needed, be highly organised with strong computer skills.
