CY Executive Resourcing are exclusively aligned with an incredible organisation who are looking for a dynamic, experienced and confident Director of HR. 

Leading a multi-skilled HR team and working as a key member of the Executive Team, you will oversee the HR Business Partnering activities, Administration, Payroll function and recruitment activities, playing a pivotal role in delivering a robust HR service to the organisation and executing on the strategic HR objectives, ensuring the continued success across the organisation.

The main focus of the role will include but not be limited to;

Provide confident leadership and motivation to a multi-skilled HR team. 

Ensure that the HR function has the structures, systems, processes and policies necessary for effective service delivery of all employee lifecycle of activities, which facilitates for complex case work, TUPE transfers etc.

Provide advice and guidance to the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team on a broad range of HR matters. 

Utilise your professional knowledge, skills, and experience to enhance service delivery and supporting colleagues within HR and the wider organisation. 

To be successful you will need:

The ability to interpret complex HR frameworks, policy and procedures to operational leaders

Previous experience of similar role with excellent track record of supporting strategic and operational decision-making

Strong experience within TUPE

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage across a range of operational colleagues

Proficient understanding in all areas of UK employment legislation and regulations

CIPD membership at Chartered or Fellow level or equivalent experience
