A prestigious London-based Main Contractor is keen to enhance their team with the addition of a skilled and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to be part of a company that has been a leading figure in the construction industry for over 30 years, delivering high-value projects across various sectors.

Quantity Surveyor's Role:

The appointed Quantity Surveyor will immerse themselves in diverse and prestigious projects, including Commercial, Education, Prime Residential, and Development, with values around £5m. You will be an integral part of a robust commercial team, working under the guidance of the Commercial Director, alongside a cadre of expert surveyors. This position not only offers significant career progression opportunities but also the chance to contribute to the success of high-profile projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Solid experience with a Main Contractor or Developer.
• Previous tenure in a surveying capacity, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
• A strong educational background in construction, holding either a degree or HNC.
