As Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Selling additional solutions/services into existing customers and targeted new customers
- Ring-fence existing customer base and extend account management into new markets.
- Obtain market intelligence through research and extensive industry contacts.
- Build relationships with existing customers to ensure they continue to buy from the company
- Achieve excellent customer service relationships, both internally and externally, through the confident use of good communication techniques
- Maintain highest levels of confidentiality in all aspects of employment.
- Maintain GDPR compliance documentation working with the DPO.
- Carry out aspects of awareness training and maintain the company management system objectives and targets
- Promote and encourage the adoption of the Guiding Principles for North
For development purposes the following knowledge, skills and experience are required;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as the role requires the ability to liaise multiple levels of authority internally and externally
- Customer focussed and strong relationship building skills
- Ability to confidently express opinion, negotiate, steer and influence others to point of closing sale
- highly motivated and target driven
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Appreciation of business processes, procedures and best practice in order to carry out effective audits
- Strong PC skills with working knowledge of MS office applications, databases and business portals
- Good marketing knowledge beneficial
- Full Driving license required
