Job Description
Can you help us champion no-nonsense nutrition, zero-waste and high-welfare farming, and inspire people to feed themselves with real food that nourishes, strengthens and restores their bodies? We are looking for a video content creator, full of ideas to join a fast-growing D2C brand, who can shoot and edit engaging videos for organic social and digital advertising.
We’re here to make bone broth a household staple again, and to show that bone broth is the foundation of good health and good food. We launched Freja in October 2020 as a small lockdown project with big ambitions. Since then, we’ve become a category-leading, award-winning brand, combined with a DTC-first business model, soon to launch across Europe. We drive brand awareness, education and product demand with digital marketing – we’re looking for a driven individual to help make our content stand out from the crowd.
We’re a small team that punches above its weight. We like to work with people who are proactive, entrepreneurial and commercial, with first-class communication skills.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Shoot, edit and deliver creative video content across our digital platforms, with a focus on Meta ads
- Translate key content pillars into engaging, high-quality video formats
- Work with Head of Brand and Head of Growth to ensure content is performance-orientated and produced to brand standards
- Plan, write, and storyboard content with team members to effectively communicate the brand message in an engaging way
- Manage multiple content projects at the same time, from conception through to delivery, making sure all deadlines are met
About you:
- 1-2 years working for consumer brands. Proven track record of mobile filming and video-editing skills with strong portfolio of work to support
- A great story-teller, able to translate content pillars into engaging video
- Creative experience using Instagram Reels, Stories and TikTok Reels, Facebook Stories, YouTube Shorts.
- Comfortable talking to camera
- Ideally able to take high-quality still images for ad-hoc campaigns
- Proficient with video-editing software and equipment
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects, efficiently producing high volume of quality content.
- Keen attention to detail, strong communication and collaboration skills, able to receive and action feedback
- Willing to travel as required for occasional shoots
- Willing to grow with the company.
- Current right to work and live in the UK.
What’s in it for you:
- The opportunity to play a key role in a growing challenger brand.
- Competitive salary + company performance bonus.
- Hybrid remote-first role, with regular face to face meetings.
- Flexible working hours.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- The tech you need to get the job done.
- Allocated budget and time off for personal and professional training and development.
- Plenty of award-winning bone broth!
