Company Overview

      Hanley Payments is a young start-up moving fast into scale-up. We have built  a revolutionising payment platform for rental payments that is taking the market by storm. Hanley Payments, utilising the latest Banking as a Service and Payment platforms, it  is truly at the cutting edge of banking and payments technology. Over the last 3 months there has been significant investment into the business from a prominent PE house in the market, allowing us to develop at a significant pace.

 

      There is a huge amount of knowledge and experience within the current team regarding product roadmap, fit for the market and payment experience. We have an amazing route to market and the next 2 years growth is sky rocketing. 

 

Our current dev team consists of 2 mid-level developers, a Tester and a Product Owner. Every one of them is either new to the role or new to the business, due to the huge growth. 

 

What we are looking for

We are just starting our adventure into scale-up so we’re looking for someone that matches our ambition and has the drive to move our tech-stack to the next level. You will be the owner of everything technical, therefore you must have the vision to help us continue to develop our amazing solution which our clients already love, but there are always front-end and back-end enhancements to be made.

 

The right person will show our current dev team what good looks like and have a clear vision of what the tech stack will look like in 2 years time.

 

We are looking for someone with the entrepreneur spirit, ability to take ownership and use their initiative to do whatever is needed to make the solution successful.

 

Role Objectives and Key Responsibilities

 

As a full-stack developer, you will work as part of a team to implement new features, as well as make modifications and fix bugs in existing code. Your duties will include designing and developing layouts, writing code to power the underlying functionality of the platform, and developing tests for the code you write.
