Corporate Lawyer
A corporate lawyer is sought to join leading national firm based in Somerset. This is an amazing opportunity for a corporate associate to join a Legal 500 ranked team handling cross border and domestic corporate work.
The role:
· Advising stakeholders, investors and lenders
· Clients are primarily based in the IT, private wealth, pharmaceutical, development, retail and fashion sectors
· Managing your own caseload of files
· Assisting partners on larger scale matters
· Taking an active role in business development activity
The candidate:
· 3+ PQE
· A confident and personable corporate associate/senior associate
· A strong understanding of general corporate matters and transactions
· Be confident to work independently as well as willingness to work as part of a team
· Attention to detail with a strong technical understanding
