Recruitment Consultant

Location : Swansea

Salary : £25,000 basic salary + commission

Penguin Recruitment has been established since the early 2000’s and has since developed extensive relationships with candidates & clients across a range of Engineering, Environmental & IT sectors. We have now expanded across 4 offices in Swansea & Birmingham and find ourselves seeking the next ambitious Consultant to join our energetic, friendly team in Mumbles, Swansea!

Requirements for this role include:

• Educated to degree level.
• Motivated and keen to kick-start your career.
• Background in sales or recruitment.
• Happy working in a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication skills!

Daily duties will include:

• Screening and profiling candidates.
• Calling a portfolio of clients to win business within the Environmental, Acoustics and Air Quality sectors!
• Advert writing.
• Guiding candidates through interview processes.
• Supporting fee negotiations.
• Work towards hitting daily, weekly & monthly KPI’s.
