Ideal Candidate
- Proficient in SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of Design for Manufacture Principles
- Expertise in CAD systems integration into manufacturing
- Has undertaken a successful SKU reduction project in the past
- Highly technical and likes to get under the hood to solve problems
Tasks
- Streamline product designs to reduce factory SKU count.
- Optimise CAD systems integration with ERP for improved efficiency.
- Collaborate with the factory to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Ensure design-for-manufacture principles are upheld.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product design and CAD systems.

- Proven experience in product design, ideally with consumer and wooden products.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, ideally within an in-house factory setting.
- Proficient in CAD Software, ideally SolidWorks
- 2+ years relevant experience in a product design or development type role
