Your new company
A successful Mechanical Contractor that has consistently increased turnover in recent years with a key focus on working more public sector projects locally. This client works on a wide range of projects usually between; £100,000 and £500,000 and up to £2 million. Due to the friendly and supportive nature of the company, they have a high retention rate.
Your new role
You will be working on estimates on a wide range of projects and the related paperwork. In this you will have a variety of duties which include; completion of tendering applications. You will also need to enquire and negotiate with suppliers. Further duties will be overseeing specifications and producing take off with Trimble software.
Design experience is not essential requirement for this role.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Estimator or HVAC Estimator. You will have experince in using software to producing estimates such as Trimble. You will be able to communicate effectively and negotiate. You also will need to be in commutable distance to work in office in Leicester.
What you\'ll get in return
You will get a salary of £40,000 to £60,000 Plus Car. You will also get 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and healthcare plan
