Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a multi officed legal 500 client of ours in their search for a Corporate Director level candidate to join their well established team in the Oxfordshire area.
Our client is a Leading Legal 500 firm with a well establish Corporate and Commercial team, that are currently host a number of colleagues from support staff to Senior Associates, and they are looking for a senior figure to come in and join the team at a senior to Director level, where you will have your own matters to work on from your first day, and a team to guide and lead once you, yourself are settled in.
The role will see the successful candidate working on:
Joint Ventures.
Succession Planning.
Banking & Finance.
Management buy–ins & buy–outs.
Acquisitions & disposal or shares.
Business structures.
