Job Role: Finance Administrator
Duration: 8-10 weeks
Salary: £11.97 per hour
Location: Edinburgh, EH11 area
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, with flexibility on start and finish times. Fridays end at 1:00pm.

Are you a skilled finance professional seeking a short-term opportunity to utilize your expertise? We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary basis.

Duties:

- Extract sensitive financial information from the organisation's folder structure.
- Input data accurately and in a timely manner into moderately complex Excel spreadsheets following specific instructions.
- Receive full briefing and ongoing support from the Finance and Business Support Teams.
- Work under the supervision of the Business Support Manager throughout the contract duration.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Previous relevant experience in finance administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Advanced level Excel skills
- Effective communication and confident interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organisation and administration skills, including record management, multitasking, and prioritisation
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and problem-solving
- Ability to use initiative and make sound decisions
- Attention to detail and high levels of concentration
- Ability to understand and follow complex processes
- Familiarity with operational systems and strong computer skills
- Capacity to learn and navigate large folder structures
