Hayley Group Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our well–established and experienced team in the Nuclear Division at our AMS Derby branch. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

As our Project Manager your role will entail overseeing the Projects Team and ensuring effective resource management while monitoring overall progress.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities as our Project Manager will include:

• Planning and monitoring projects.
• Liaising with the customer on ongoing, new and potential future projects.
• Asset management.
• Adapting and applying appropriate technical and quality strategies and standards.

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Project Manager:

• Project Management or MRO experience is essential.
• Team leadership experience would be advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication, with strong numerical aptitude.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and have the ability to work to deadlines and targets.
