Under the guidance of the Head of Finance, the Finance Assistant will play a key role in fulfilling our finance obligations to both customers and suppliers. This full-time role will be stationed at our central office in Dorchester, presenting an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.

My client, based in Dorchester, are a rapidly expanding telecommunications business, operating for north of 20 years. They are adding to their team, looking for an all-round finance assistant.

Description

Finance Assistant:

• liaising with managerial staff, colleagues and clients
• Undertaking financial administration
• Bookkeeping
• Payroll administration
• VAT returns
• Assisting in preparation of relevant reports
• Maintaining records and administering changes where necessary
• Dealing with general queries
• General administrative duties

Profile

Finance Assistant:

• Good Organisational Skills
• Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Good command of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail
