We are delighted to be Recruiting a Senior Administrator for a Global Assurance provider based in Edinburgh! The Senior Administrator whose remit will be in the Seafood team Senior Administrator ensure that audit programmes in relevant certification schemes are delivered to a consistently high level and in accordance with scheme owner and LRQA requirements. They also present customers, technical experts/auditors and management with up-to-date accurate information relating to programme delivery within assigned schemes. The business operates over 51 countries with 60,000 clients with an excellent reputation for helping these clients grow, consolidate, and take the led with all assurance and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively administer and coordinate assigned certification schemes including, but not limited to, maintaining and updating customer records, information and certifications as needed.
- Schedule, allocate and project manage audits for designated schemes to scheme, accreditation body and LRQA requirements.
- Build relationships with technical experts and auditors to optimise teamwork and organise any travel plans, site audits in association with travel companies and other agencies such as visa organisations.
- Develop relationships with scheme owners to keep up to date with scheme regulations, standard updates and other relevant communications.
- Over time, develop in-depth knowledge of procedures, processes and documentation for relevant schemes.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Practical experience in administration and managing projects.
- Note this does not necessarily mean specific project management experience, but rather a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complicated workflows simultaneously according to specific requirements and timelines.
- Practical experience using administrative programmes/software and databases.
- Well organised with the ability to plan and schedule work effectively.
- Analytical approach to work and excellent attention to detail.
- An ability to simultaneously manage multiple complicated workflows including prioritising and delegating specific tasks.
