Description: Part-time PRIVATE Hygienist required for 2-5 days per week in a busy, mixed, well established PRIVATE Independently owned practice near Evesham, Worcestershire
• £40-£52.20 per hour depending on nurse assist
• Mon-Thurs 9am-6pm & Fri 9am-2pm
• 7 Fully computerised surgeries with R4 software
• Treatment Coordinator
• Clinical Freedom
• Hygienist
• Digital X-rays
• Intra oral cameras
• Rotary endo
• OPG
• 40 minutes from Cheltenham

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
