You will need to register if you do not already have an account Under the supervision of qualified nursing staff: To undertake various patient clinical procedures in order to assist registered clinicians to deliver agreed pathways, as part of the ongoing Urgent Care Agenda. To make initial assessment of patients attending the unit and referral to a registered clinician whenever needed. To provide care and assistance in such a manner that the service users individuality, dignity and privacy are respected where this does not compromise safety. To provide care in accordance with individual service users care plans. To promptly report all observed changes in service users conditions, accidents, incidents and other important information to Clinician in Charge and take action as directed. To assist qualified staff in maintaining the safety and wellbeing of staff, service users and visitors in accordance with the Health and Safety Policy. To maintain a high standard of personal behaviour and maintain professional relationships with service users, their families and staff team members. To complete documentation as appropriate and directed by the Clinician in Charge. For special duties, may work without supervision of a qualified clinician in specific tasks at the discretion of the Clinician in Charge
