SF are currently working with a great Retail business exclusively based in Ashbourne who are looking for someone who is ambitious and looking for their next step up. This role is open to Practice candidates looking for their first move or someone in a junior role that is ambitious and will be a great team fit.

Salary up to £40,000

This is a great opportunity to join a successful and well-established business. Working as a part of the Finance team, the role is mostly focused on managing the day-to-day cash flow, maintaining the three month cash model, reporting the position to the business owners and communicating with suppliers. There are also some payments to be raised at the bank and some journals to support the month end accounts.

You will be working closely with the Head of Finance preparing the Management Accounts and all Month - End duties.

You will assist with other activities as and when required and will cover for other team members during holidays.

There is significant potential for the role to develop depending on the person.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
Some Finance experience (Can be in Audit as well)
Actively studying AAT/ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Ambitious
Good Excel skills
