Are you a HR professional who would like to work for a values led organisation?

Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an organised and results driven HR Business Partner with the ability to lead on multiple projects, while driving our 2024 ED&I Calendar, and values that align with ours to join our busy and friendly HR team.

The role is 6 month fixed term contract working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £33,136 per annum and will be based from home, with a hybrid working arrangement. We are happy to accept a flexible working pattern.

The successful candidate will be a practicing Christian who will create an environment where people feel valued, empowered and equipped to do their best work. This person will play a full part to further the organisational aims and provide strong Christian leadership to allow Langley to be a leader within the different sectors in which it operates. The postholder will always uphold the Trust’s Christian ethos and Christ like culture and therefore there is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a practicing and professing Christian under the Equality Act 2010.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support the Head of HR Operations in projecting lead the HR Plan for 2024.

· Supporting managers with Employee Relations – investigations, disciplinaries and grievances

· HR Policy and Procedure document reviews

· Drive the ED&I calendar activities and staff networks

· Staff restructuring and terms and conditions consultations

· Support managers in reducing sickness absence by reporting and implementing interventions
