Job description
With Intelligence is seeking an experienced and dynamic Editorial Director/Head of Investment Content to support our content strategy and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across As the Head of Content, you will play a critical role, responsible in shaping our brand voice, driving thought leadership, and ensuring the delivery of valuable and insightful content to our audience.
This role will manage our Content Consultancy service to some of the world’s principal asset managers. This is a core part of what we offer clients in our most premium packages.
This responsibility includes working with our Senior Investment Content Specialists who research relevant insights and help build the consultancy presentations. But as the Content Consultancy Lead, we’d expect you to manage that programme, deliver sessions with clients, and ideate on how to progress, improve, and build out our consultancy services.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Support and manage a team of content creators, including writers, editors, and designers
- Oversee the planning, creation, and distribution of content across various channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and tone, and optimized for search engines
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to identify content needs and leverage content to support business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and implement innovative ideas to enhance our content strategy
- Monitor content performance, interpretating data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy and drive engagement
- Ensure compliance with copyright and intellectual property laws
- Stay current on emerging technologies and platforms to make recommendations for new content distribution channels
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Editorial Director, Head of Content, or similar role
- Strong management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Deep understanding of content strategy and the ability to create and execute a comprehensive content plan
- Experience managing and optimizing content across various channels, including web, social media, and email
- Familiarity with SEO and best practices
- Knowledge of digital marketing and the ability to leverage content to support business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience from the financial services industry, specifically, the Asset Management industry desired but not essential
