Job description
A technology and engineering services company employing top-tier technical innovation, engineering, testing, and manufacturing expertise to ensure high-performance energy efficiency is currently looking to hire a Senior Programme Manager – Products. The successful candidate will lead the management of Product Development projects as part of the leadership team from conception through to volume production.
The Senior Programme Manager – Products will:
Identify, negotiate, and agree changes to work scope and control via change management with the stakeholders.
Lead the delivery of large product development projects and/or portfolio, in collaboration with the technical leadership.
Work closely with delivery teams to identify solutions to address areas of weakness or opportunities of growth.
Attend annual Performance Management and Review Meetings and agree annual objectives and a Personal Development Plan (PDP)
Establish, develop, and manage strong working relationship with customers, at all levels and expand to drive future revenue.
The Senior Programme Manager – Products will have:
Deep knowledge of NPI process application.
Proven track record of leading programme delivery on large or multiple projects.
Knowledge of o ISO26262 and ASPICE processes.
Commercial leadership and negotiation skills.
Experience in managing customers.
