Rate: £40.56ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £30.70ph PAYE

Employment Type: Contract (26 Weeks)

Job Description:

To enable our client to meet our ambitious digitalisation plans, the Asset and Resource Team has been established as part of the development of a class leading, high-performing and best practice Transformation Organisation. The Asset and Resource Team works closely with the relevant Stakeholders using Maintenance and Time and Attendance Systems and ensures the business users requirements are captured, understood and delivered in any change or new system deployment.

The Team also works closely with the Business Systems Delivery Team and they are the crucial bridge between technical delivery and companywide adoption, acting as the mechanism to maximise the value and benefit of the Manufacturing Digitalisation and Innovation Programmes within the business. The Asset and Resource Team is accountable for working with Stakeholders, supporting change and deploying Manufacturing Programme content across our client's global footprint.

This opportunity is for a Delivery Co-ordinator position within the Asset and Resource Team in Manufacturing Digitalisation and Innovation Organisation. The role reports to the Asset and Resource Management Global Process Lead, and the candidate will be working as a Delivery Co-ordinator at our client's site based in Solihull, West Midlands. The candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of the SAP Plant Maintenance System by planning System Releases and Upgrades, co-ordinating change requests and aligning with our Digital Programme Deployment Plans ensuring that the developed products meet requirements, end-to-end processes are updated and testing is planned. Candidate will ensure that the training is created and delivered and the content is communicated and identify resource constraints and planning conflicts. Candidate will work closely with Business Leads within our manufacturing sites as well as Internal and External Developers.

KPI's:

• Candidate will be communicating and engaging across production, maintenance, engineering, digital and business Teams to ensure that Stakeholders understand and are committed to delivery of Manufacturing System Upgrades.
• Working with Development Teams, Third-parties, Operations Teams, and Business Areas to plan and co-ordinate deployments by creating a project and deployment plan (aligned with other projects where applicable).
• Risk identification and management via a Change Impact Assessment.
• Arranging walk through sessions for the business and impacted users.
• Seeking engagement and buy-in from essential Stakeholders.
• Any other task deemed suitable for the skillset of this role.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in Project Delivery or Management role.
• Experience of using Microsoft Excel for Project Planning.
• Available to work on-site 5 days per week.

Experience Required:

• Understanding and knowledge of Business Requirements and Solution Design Methodologies.
• Excellent written, presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to remain positive and focused under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of establishing, building and maintaining relationships.
• Working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to a changing working environment.
• Responding quickly and decisively to changing circumstances and able to deal with ambiguity MS Office Suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)

Experience Preferred:

• Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes.
• Project Management qualifications (Agile PM / PMQ / Prince / APM CM).
• Agile Scrum Delivery Methodology.
