Shift patterns: Monday-Friday 08:00-16:30
Location: Coleshill, B46 1TT

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Receptionist to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

• Meeting and greeting visitors, signing them in on Visio and informing them of sites Health & Safety, and fire procedures. Controlling access to the car park
• Manage the orders, deliveries, and refreshment supplies across the site.
• Management of meeting rooms and desk space in the head office, managing both incoming and outgoing post for both operation and head office teams.
• Manage the cleaning and hygiene audit with Bidvest.
• Control of electric charge points

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Experience of working within reception / admin previously highly desirable.
