At Claire House, we are passionate about providing outstanding care to children who are not expected to live to be adults, as well as support for their families, from across Merseyside, Cheshire and North Wales.

It’s an exciting time to join Claire House, we are looking for a full time, experienced Maintenance Officer to join our small friendly team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance within and around the buildings and grounds of Claire House (Wirral and Liverpool sites). You’ll be able to use IT equipment/software and consider PPM software integral to your day-to-day activities.

You will have undertaken formal training in a building/maintenance trade or have proven experience in a similar role,  have a can-do attitude and excellent work ethic. The position requires someone to be highly organised with excellent communication skills and be able to work with staff and volunteers from across the organisation.

You will work 37.5 hours per week and flexibility to work some Saturdays and Sundays is essential.
