Job description
Join our dynamic team as an Application Systems Specialist where you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, foster strong relationships, and drive the successful implementation and support of
Dynamics 365 C & F&SCM and Power Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and testing approved developments, implementing, and maintaining business applications and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity across the organization.
Responsibilities: - Support the design, and development of customized solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to meet business requirements.
- Test and help to implement approved solutions
- Support the configuration and customizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & F&SCM to improve and streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical expertise in solution design and implementation.
- Support and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data and support decision-making.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of applications and systems.
