Job description
-Excellent monthly salary: 18,000 – 19,000 RMB (including housing allowance)
-Around 50 days of winter & summer vacations annually
-Teach in the capital city of Beijing
We focus on providing governmental English educational projects to regional kindergartens in Beijing, and we are currently holding interviews for native ESL teachers to join our professional teaching team. Interactions are encouraged in class such as group work, pair work, project work as well as more traditional teaching methods to add variety to the classes and help create a fun and relaxed learning environment.
Teachers will work on a Monday to Friday schedule with evenings & weekends off plus long summer & winter vacations to explore around the amazing capital city of Beijing. Teaching materials are well-designed and will be provided by the school and teachers should use a communicative approach to guide our students aged from 2 to 6 years old with their individual learning process. The average class size will be around 15 students per class so it is essential for teachers to maintain the student’s attention by delivering fun and engaging classes.

Beijing, capital of the People’s Republic of China, is the nation’s political, economic, cultural, educational and international trade and communication center. -Monday to Friday Schedule with evenings & weekends off, working schedule (8:00 to 17:00)
-Student age: 2-6
-Class size: 10 – 20 students per class
-Conduct oral English classes that are fun and engaging
-Attend English activities held by the school
-Excellent alary: 18,000 — 19,000 RMB per month negotiable based on your experience and qualifications
-Flight allowance: up to 8,000 RMB upon the completion of one year contract
-2 weeks paid winter holiday & summer holiday plus Chinese New Year holiday for the first year
-Working visa assistance and work residency permit reimbursement
-Social health insurance or commercial health insurance and accident insurance
-Free breakfast and lunch at school
-Free airport pickup service and first three nights free accommodation upon the arrival as well as settle down assistance first few weeks
-Native English speaker from US, UK, New Zealand, Australia, Canada or Ireland
-Bachelor’s degree or above
-TEFL certificate with 120 hours or above required (No TEFL? – We recommend INTESOL )
-2 years relevant teaching experience preferred (fresh graduates will be considered)
-Clean criminal background
-Motivated, professional, creative, outgoing and culturally aware
