We are looking for talented Senior Architectural Technologists / Technician to join our dynamic and expanding Architectural team. You will have the opportunity to work on an array of projects across a variety of sectors including blue light, commercial, custodial, education, healthcare, industrial, leisure and residential.

As a Senior Architectural Technologists / Technician you will be responsible for leading the whole design team on project delivery through all stages of a project. You will be expected to be able to lead all small to large sized projects and communicate directly with the Client and the entire project team. You should have excellent design and technical skills and all-round project knowledge.

The role includes:

• Leading and delivering a variety of projects, from small to large, in different sectors, through all stages of a project. The role will sometimes include being part of a large team on major projects
• Working alongside the project director to produce, manage and control the project brief, fees, costs, programme and deliverables
• Leading the design, detailing, specification and coordination of projects from inception to completion
• Communicating with the client and all members of the project team at all times
• Organise and chair all necessary meetings and project reviews
• Working in a multi discipline environment and managing the project team
• Keeping the project director informed at all times
• Fully support and manage the architectural teams assigned to your projects
• Ensuring the team understand and comply with all relevant legislation related to the project.

About You

We are looking for competent and proficient Senior Architectural Technologists. If you are creative, proactive, enthusiastic, responsible and a practical person with an interest in sustainable design we would love to hear from you.

Key skills we would like you to have :

• Degree in Architectural Technology BSc(Hons) or a relevant HNC/HND qualification or achieved full MCIAT membership
  
• Experienced at leading projects large complex projects
• Experienced across a number of sectors
• Experienced at all design stages
• Excellent design ideas andunderstanding of sustainable design solutions
  
• Technical detailing,specification and materials knowledge, ability to use NBS
  
• Experienced in contract administration
  
• Experience in working to tight deadlines
• Excellent written, verbal communication and client facing skills, combined with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  
• A real team player who works collaboratively
• Proficient at REVIT
