Finance Manager LOCATION: Dartford TERMS: Full-time, Permanent SALARY: £50k-65k
100% based on site ideally live within a 30 min commute
THE ROLE:
* Running an accounts department of 8 to 10 million pound company turn over
* To Manage the finance and credit control team
* Bookkeeping / Accounting / Sage / Payroll / Credit control
* People Management experience / dealing with conflict.
* Helping business to work in Europe / distribution.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
* Qualified in Finance and Accounting ( AAT ACCA AAT CIMA ECT )
* Staff development & Supervisory experience
* Strong leadership skills & excellent communication skills and relationship building
* Demonstrable ability to work with people at all levels
* Good knowledge of English - verbal and written
* Experience of using Microsoft 365 software including SAGE
* ideally live within a 30 min commute
