Our client seeks a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. Role Profile: You will play a crucial role in shaping the online presence and enhancing the brand's digital footprint. Tasked with designing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns, this position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to manage varied digital platforms effectively. You will spearhead efforts across all digital channels, including search engines, social media, email, and the company website. Your work will directly contribute to increasing web traffic, sales, lead generation, improving customer engagement, and boosting the company's online profile. By leveraging the latest technologies and trends, you will be instrumental in driving digital strategy forward, ensuring that the brand stands out in a crowded digital landscape. In this role, you will work within an agency model to deliver outstanding work, meeting the needs of the Group. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and other stakeholders to implement effective digital campaigns to support the delivery of key objectives for the business. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote the products and services across the Group. Support the brands in developing and implementing effective digital campaigns. Enhance brand awareness in the digital space and drive website traffic to acquire leads/customers. Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams to create content and campaigns and optimise the user experience. Utilise a range of techniques including organic social, paid search, paid social, SEO, and PPC. Manage the Group's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI and KPIs. Key Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in digital marketing. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices. Experience in planning, implementing and optimising Paid search and social campaigns. Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns. Proficiency in web analytics tools and understanding of key metrics. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate about the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing. Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.
