Our client is a large independent house builder and we are supporting them in their recruitment for a Marketing Coordinator to join their exceptional Sales & Marketing team. The role will be based in the office at St Albans.
The successful candidate will bring outstanding communication, a collaborative mindset and attention to detail. A positive, self-motivated and tenacious approach is also essential, .
You must be very well organised too, as an important part of your role will be keeping paperwork up-to-date. Proven experience gained in a new homes marketing environment is an advantage however our client will consider applications from those with marketing experience from other industries or those in new homes sales looking to explore the marketing side more.
