About the role:
You must be a qualified Solicitor with experience in childcare law - Legal aid experience is essential. Ideally the successful Childcare Solicitor will be circa 2-4 years’ PQE+, although candidates that sit outside of this will be considered. You will be joining a well-established team where you will handle Care Proceedings and other matters - This challenging yet rewarding role involves working on significant cases in terms of the protection of children at risk of serious harmIdeally, you will be on the panel and have your supervisory accreditation though this is not essential and applicants at all levels will be considered
