Job Opening for SEMH Teaching Assistant KS1-M22
Location: M22
Salary: £85 to £95 per day
Start Date: Immediately
Contract Type: Full-time

schools in M22to recruit
SEMH Teaching Assistants for KS1 , supporting children diagnosed with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional Mental Health (SEMH)
SEN Needs: Autism, ADHD, Down's Syndrome and Moderate Learning Difficulties
SEMH Needs: Anxiety, Depression and Trauma
The schools have a very supportive senior leadership team and a progressive nature. They are located close to local stations and have onsite parking. Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience although previous experience working with students with challenging behaviour is an advantage due to the nature of the role.
SEMH Teaching Assistant Requirements: - Candidates with care and support work experience are suitable.
- A genuine passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and patience to work effectively with students facing various challenges.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- School experience would be good but not needed.
