Corporate Solicitor
A Corporate Solicitor is required, as an additional hire, by a successful Corporate Team in Southampton. The Corporate Solicitor will have at least 3+ years PQE and will join a highly commended Corporate Department advising on a wide range of matters such as mergers & acquisitions, Joint ventures and corporate finance working upon a cross section of deals on behalf of regional, national and international clients. The work is varied and often technically challenging. The firm has a supportive culture and employees enjoy a healthy work life balance.
