This role is a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Audit Manager who will be responsible for leading a team to manage and execute internal audits in an industrial/manufacturing environment based in Birmingham.

Description
- Leading the planning and execution of internal audits.
- Providing guidance and oversight to a team of auditors.
- Reporting audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying areas of risk and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve internal controls.
- Managing the annual audit plan and budget.
- Conducting training sessions for staff on auditing techniques and procedures.
Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIA etc.
- 3 years+ experience within internal/ external audit.
- Prior experience in a managerial role within an audit function.
- Internal Audit experience is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
