Job description

Are you a Digital User Experience Specialist? Want to work within one of the UK’s leading E-Commerce brands?

Our client is on the hunt for a Digital Experience Owner to come on board and join their growing UX department. These guys are industry leaders within fashion, with a string of exciting brands in their roster whilst operating worldwide. This role will be based in their Bradford office and operates a hybrid working policy (at least 2 days in the office).

As a Digital Experience Owner, the focus of your role will be to ensure that the customer journey (from product pages to basket) through their E-Commerce website is as efficient as possible.  You’ll be leading upon UX strategy for sites across desktop and mobile and have a team of design/developer specialists at your disposal to make all front end changes. Not only will your role focus upon the strategy on page, but you’ll get involved in the researching their biggest competitors to gain insights for the internal E-Commerce team.
 
What are we looking for?

Strong Project/Product Management experience whilst working across E-Commerce Brands

Excellent understanding of Customer and User Experience

Plan out UX testing strategies such as Heatmapping and A/B Testing

Understanding of digital marketing strategies

Ability to manage large UX, Development and Design teams

Experience working with a fashion brand would be a bonus

Be able to commute to Bradford city centre at least 2 days a week
