My client is one of the largest specialist insurers based in Swansea who underwrite and insure a range of products including automotive. They combine data, intelligent automation and human expertise to make in-depth and accurate decisions to eliminate difficult insurance risks. They are looking for a learning and development specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Design, author, develop and deliver a range of learning and development programmes, e-learning and initiatives to meet the organisation\'s needs and future ambitions.
- Deliver the induction programme for all new employees, introducing necessary changes to ensure the content is innovative and engaging and aligned with business goals and objectives
- Support the delivery of the change agenda by creating targeted training interventions, working closely with the change team and key stakeholders to ensure change is embedded successfully throughout the business
- Work closely with our compliance team to understand key regulatory training requirements and design and deliver effective learning solutions to support the delivery of the compliance agenda
- Design & deliver system training and desktop process guides to ensure the colleagues have the necessary skills & knowledge to utilise the organisation\'s policy and claims systems effectively.
- Deliver & facilitate workshops across all areas of the business, including the senior leadership team
What you\'ll need to succeed - You will need to demonstrate sufficient experience in creating, authoring and administering E-learning content/modules.
- Experience delivering learning and development sessions to a range of people on a number of topics is needed.
- The ability to operate flexibly and adapt quickly to the changing needs of the business and learner.
- Great interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at a variety of levels across the business
- Strong IT skills, and the ability to design and administer e-learning modules through our talent management platform
What you\'ll get in return This position is a permanent position with a salary of £30,000 - £40,000. The organisation has a hybrid working model, which means you have to attend the office 3 days per week with the team day taking place on a Tuesday. The benefits package includes the following:
