Job description
Assistant Manager / groom required to join a team at friendly 5 Star private yard. You will need to be able to demonstrate a high standard of care and turn out, attention to detail. Must be forward thinking and be able to work on own initiative and give and take direction, be very confident around competitive sports horses. You will be expected to undertake general yard duties such as mucking out , tacking up, grooming.
You MUST be able to ride to a excellent schooling standard on the flat. Having experience in breaking and handling young stock is a bonus. Clipping plaiting up
You will be required to attend shows throughout the year.
HGV / experience lorry driving is a bonus
Confident reliable, fun team player with a sense of humour. get the job done attitude with no stress!! Hours 8-4 Tuesday - Saturday.
own horse maybe able to come after trial period
